STOCK ITEMS SHIPPED FROM OUR
WAREHOUSE - $350 Net
TERMS: 2%/10, Net 30
FREIGHT POLICY
- DROP SHIPMENTS: FOB Factory
- WAREHOUSE SHIPMENTS: Prepaid on $350 Net
- ALL CUSTOM ORDERS: FOB Factory. No prepaid freight on any custom order (account must pay freight charges).
- COLLECT SHIPMENTS: We will make every effort to comply with special routing or shipping instructions.
SALES POLICY
We distribute our products primarily through dealers for resale. We
also have full-line stocking wholesalers throughout the United States.
Please contact us for information regarding the names of our
representatives or wholesalers in your area.
BACK ORDER POLICY
All back orders will be shipped prepaid provided the original order was
shipped prepaid. New items cannot be added to a back order.
RETURN MERCHANDISE
All items returned for credit must meet all the following
criteria:
- Must have written authorization.
- Original invoice number must be provided.
- Must be returned within 60 days of invoice.
- ALL returned merchandise must be returned prepaid.
- Merchandise returned within 30 days of invoice date may be returned without a restocking charge.
- Merchandise returned between 31-180 days of the invoice date will be assessed a service charge & the return freight charges.
- Incorrect Engraving: We will correct and re-ship at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
DAMAGE
If there is visible damage to the merchandise or cartons, retain
the original carton and note the damage on the freight bill, then file
with the carrier or contact Awards4Work within thirty (30) business
days from receipt of merchandise. If the damage is concealed within,
retain the merchandise and original carton and contact Awards4Work for
further instructions.
LEAD TIMES
Normally, once we receive an order, it can be processed and shipped within 3-5 working days. For specific lead
times by product and large quantities, please refer to
lead time document in your Awards4Work Binder or call
us.
ENGRAVING
Engraving charge: $2.00 per line.
LOGO charge: $24.95
"One Time" charge to set up Logo artwork. Thereafter, $5.00 logo
engraving charge per award.
